Here are Cee’s Share Your World questions for week 25:
What is your favorite type of dog? (can be anything from a specific breed, a stuffed animal, drawing, cartoon or character in a movie or TV show)
A black lab. My Kayla was a Golden Retriever/St. Bernard mix.
Name one thing not many people know about you.
I am deaf in my right ear from too much loud music through headphones and too many rock concerts when I was younger.
Have you ever gone scuba diving? If you haven’t, would you want to?
No and no. I tried using a snorkel and mask once, but began to feel claustrophobic and panicky. They came off quickly.
What was the most important event in your life last week? (anything goes it can be a good nights sleep, finished a reading book,winning the lottery, or getting married)
There have been two important events recently.
My youngest step-son got married on the 14th to a wonderful girl; and I was asked to do the mother/son dance with him.
The other event was a short visit from my son who flew home from California on Father’s Day.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am grateful for those two events. For being able to share in the wonderful happiness of my step-son, and for being able to visit with my son, even if only for a few short hours.
Not much planned for the next week or so.

I am still having trouble commenting and clicking the like button – tried commenting at Lilli-put; but was unable to. Just wanted you to know I had been to visit and enjoyed the pictures of your son, and the cardinal that came to keep you company on the bench.

Thanks Drusilla. I have been having trouble with my computer as well and have had to post from a tablet or borrowed computer when I could. I am now up and running again. So I am hoping to do some catching up on my reading.

Hi Patti. It took me a while to figure out the set-up for connecting my personal FB page to my Faith and Writing page, then getting the widget on here. It has been on here for some time now, but I never notice it and forgot it was there. 🙂
I was so nervous over that dance, because I don’t dance – never learned how; but I had so much fun at the wedding and the reception. And it was so wonderful to see my son.
