  1. We live on the side of a hill – – – morning light arrives a little late, but so appreciated. Evening sunsets must be viewed thru the treetops along the gorge, but if I want a glorious sunrise or sunset, I just need to be on Rose Hill – – – it is like having a perfect picture window wherever I turn – – – – very blessed ground is our Rose Hill

    • Hi Kathy! Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting. I know what you mean about the hills. We get the sunrise, and the moon rising to reflect on the lake is gorgeous. But the sunsets are lost behind the hill to the west. All these were taken other places that gave a clear view of the western sky. And I agree about Rose Hill. I often thought how nice it would be to live near the church and have both a sunrise and a sunset; but then I would lose the view of the lake.
